This routine is part of the liesymm package and is loaded via with(liesymm).

It returns a list of the coordinates to be used in constructing wedge products and defining the actions of functions such as d().

If no argument is given, then all existing coordinates are removed.

As part of its action, the remember tables of functions such as d(), &^, Lie(), hook(), makeforms(), and wcollect() are cleared in preparation for any new definitions. It is advisable that setup be used between problems so as to keep the underlying coordinate list to a minimum size.
