Plant Cell

Main Concept

The cell is the basic unit of life. Almost all living organisms are composed of one or more cells; viruses being one common exception. Cells may vary in shape and size, and may contain different cellular components known as organelles. This demonstration allows you to explore the main components of a plant cell.
