Extract Signal

Extract signals from an input signal vector

Description The Extract Signal component extracts signals from the input connector and transfers them to the output connector. The integer vector parameter $\mathrm{extract}$ specifies which input signals are taken and in which order they are transferred to the output vector. The dimension of $\mathrm{extract}$ has to match the number of outputs. Additionally, the dimensions of the input connector signals and the output connector signals have to be explicitly defined via the parameters ${n}_{\mathrm{in}}$ and ${n}_{\mathrm{out}}$. For example, the parameters ${n}_{\mathrm{in}}=7,{n}_{\mathrm{out}}=4,\mathrm{extract}=\left[6,3,3,2\right]$ produces the connections ${y}_{1}={u}_{6},{y}_{2}={u}_{3},{y}_{3}={u}_{3},{y}_{4}={u}_{2}$.
