Scroll Through a Spreadsheet

Spreadsheet scroll bars can be manipulated via the mouse. You can also use the following shortcut keys to scroll through an active spreadsheet. If you are using a Macintosh, use Command instead of Ctrl.

Move one cell in the given direction.

Ctrl+Backspace
|
Scroll to display the active cell.

Ctrl+End
|
Move to the last cell of the spreadsheet
|

(that is, intersection of rightmost used column

and bottommost used row).

Ctrl+Home
|
Move to the beginning of the spreadsheet.
|
Ctrl+Page Down
|
Move right one screen.
|
Ctrl+Page Up
|
Move left one screen.
|
End
|
Move to the end of the row
|
|
(that is, the row's last cell containing data).
|
Home
|
Move to the beginning of a row.
|
Page Down
|
Move down one screen.
|
Page Up
|
Move up one screen.
|
|
