Plot an Expression

Description

Plot an expression.

 

Enter an expression.  Execute.

Plot the expression using the Interactive Plot Builder, a point-and-click interface.

Use the Plot Builder interface in the right panel to select the plot type (2-D plot for instance) and customize the plot.

To return to the Plot Builder interface later, click the plot and the right panel shows the Plot Builder interface.

Alternatively, you can launch the Interactive Plot Builder in two other ways.

Enter the expression. From the Context Panel for the expression, select Plot Builder.

• 

From the Tools menu, select Assistants, and then Plot Builder. In this case you enter the expression into the dialog box.
