An alternative Orifice flow calculation to include variable discharge coefficient formulation.

This is a fundamental change that is reflected in most of components under the Valves and Directional Control Valves palettes from the Hydraulics library.

An additional Characteristic Curves option is included when checked (true) the spool opening data can be loaded from a file, written inline, or loaded from an attachment. Otherwise the spool opening data are individually defined inline.
